Things that are a pain, which you don’t have to worry about when you live on the east coast of Australia:
Fitting snow chains.

C'mon man. You can't be serious. Jindabyne NSW Australia...July 07. Fitting snow chains to a 50 seater coach at 4.30am just 2km from downtown Jindy. Next day 20km up the road. Fitting snow chains again to the same aforementioned bus on the way to Thredbo. Waht a cracking season!
Although. I imagine fitting them every day would get very old, very quickly. 2 days in a whole year probably isn't that bad.

ok, ok...i must say i was expecting complaints from people [like yourself]who have had the [joyful] experience of fitting [fighting was better put!!]chains on their way to the snow. i should have written a disclaimer like "if you have never been to the snow when it was a good season, like i'm told it was in 2007". no way i'm fighting with em everyday, i'm getting some snow tyres!
