Fix It Again Tony
After weeks of looking, hummming and ahhrrring, assessing funds, trying different places, weighing pros and cons of different models and losing sleep over the hassle, I finally bought a car!
It’s a 1997 FIAT (hence the title of the post) Brava 1.4L. It worked out really well. I’ve been looking all over the region on the French version of the trading post, when this one popped up in the town I live next to. I raced down to the garage that was selling it, had a drive, looked at it, talked to some friends about it and bought it 2 days later. I’d never even seen this model B4, but since I’ve bought it I’ve seen a dozen in one day (it’s always the way!). It looks brand new, which is weird, but is 10 years old with 128000km on the clock (which is the newest, cleanest and least kms ever on any car I’ve had) and has the garage’s 6 month warranty. It was 2200 Euro, which is a bargain (for this country), especially if it lasts a few years. It should be great to go to G-town and back a couple of times a week. come check it out!
I hope it proves to be Faithful Inexpensive Automotive Transport.
2 anagrams. I am on fire.
