The Departed.

Doorbell, Bec and I went to see it last week. smokes. Talk about V-I-O-L-E-N-T!! it definitely deserves it’s MA15+ rating. There’s no warning about any of it either, it just happens. Then there’s the language. But if you can put up with the language and the violence, I would say it’s the best plot, the best casting and the best thriller I’ve seen. From beginning to end it’s “edge of the seat” material. I also think the casting was amazing. You totally HATE Matt Damon (which is weird, cause most of the films I’ve seen him in he’s been sweet and loveable or at least hard-done by) and Jack “eyebrows” Nicholson. For about 40mins in the middle of the movie I was nail-biting, stressing and almost sweating out of expectant “oh no” kinda fear. If you can bear the language and violence, I definitely recommend you check it out.
