so much info so little time...
i'll start with blackstump: fantastic. if any of you are coming to aussie land, make it for the first week-end in october(which is hard cause that's not in any holidays...). the teaching was good, the poetry amazing, the fellowship great and the bands quality. one of my favourite aussie bands of all time played their stuff. they packed out the supper club (cafe style venue) and played a douzen psalms. wow, they are soooooooooooo talented and their music (and words) go straight to the heart. mike mccarthy was another great show, playing some real rootsy blues/jazz. the fresh, hot and crispy donuts were, as usual, unbelievable!
went for a great night ride in glenrock the other night (obviously!) with da boys, pretty nice. the following morning adam and myself headed to stockrington and rode up the ridge to sugarloaf mtn, then back down. a really great track, lots of water bars, nice corners, jumos, technical stuff and great views...as it was hot i got pretty dehydrated.
now just lazing around taking advantage of the last of the holidays.
off to the nation's capital tomorrow for the anual mont 24 hr event. i'm goind down with adam in the sub' and ridin in a mixed team of 4, and so is adam (but not the same team, which is good cause we may be able to ride together or at least hang out between rides...go cranky bros!).
