The old man still has it!
So yesterday at the school athletics carnival I went in the 1500m run (just short of a mile). It felt real good and come lap 3 and 4 I increased the pace, lapped some 18 year old boys and the principal and sprinted the last 100m to win with a time of 5 min 4 seconds. I was pretty happy!
