the birm*

so i borrowed dorge (my cous)'s nimbus (space wagon) and headed to wollombi. from there it was 60kms on dirt track, to a remote and beautiful homestead in the wollomi national park. no tv, no phone, no mobile coverage, nothing but great views, walks, hills and trees. we (a few teachers, their families and myself) were to check out some walks for the Duke Of Edinburgh award for some of our students later this year. fantastic! walked up mt Yengo again, wow... so we organised a 3 day walk for 'em with water drops where needed. what a place! def a great place to get some R+R and solitude... :)
