there's been some complaints that the material's getting old and lacks up-dation. well, if that's the way you want it!
rain rain rain...
this beautiful morning when i was rudely awoken by the phone (thanks skye), i arose to see that it was trying hard to rain. everything was wet and cool, so i decided to go for a walk...
i took some photos as i thought i'd go to bake's place to show them to him.
superb.
as i started walking it started raining more and more and i got quite damp, only wearing a t-shirt, some boardies and a pair of thong.... of flip flops.
so there you go, what a great way to start the day, admiring God's beauty and refreshing grace, very symbolic to me (the rain). i always love to think of rain (especially in australia) as a renewal of things, making everything new, fresh, clean, and beautiful. i take it as a symbol (only a symbol) of how God renews our lives whenever we come to him. like the rain we're refreshed, clean and beautiful in His sight.
so whenever you see rain, think of God washing the land, as a way of remebering that He also washes your life. obviously for people in wet countries (like norn iron) this inage may not be as powerful, but for you aussies, wow!
think about it...
