I was just driving (or getting driven) home after a great lunch with a beautiful and real nice ol friend, when in the lane next to us a semi trailer slammed into the back of a white land cruiser (mid 90's model possibly). i saw it coming as the truck, going way too fast would never stop, but slammed on the brakes and locked up, hitting the 4wd with a mighty bang. thankfully the 4wd didn't slam into the ford falcon station wagon in front (only a few years old), which would have caused some damage due to the bull bar at the front of the cruiser.
coming past the truck i saw the driver with eyes closed, looking like to me they were in fact squited, but they may have been closed as he had stacks of time to see the cruiser and stop, but kept going. the cruiser wasn't damaged, or at least didn't look damaged (somehow???). exciting though! the goo dthing was no one was hurt.
